NextGen is an Off-Campus Student Accommodation Management Company. We, on behalf of the owners, offer a wide variety of rooms for students attending Nelson Mandela University North, South and 2nd Avenue Campuses in Gqeberha.
The properties are classified as Small Properties with NMU-OCHO and comply with the basic requirements set out in the Student Accommodation Accreditation Policy. The properties are well looked after by our dedicated Maintenance team who works together with the owners to ensure you receive the best quality accommodation in the area

Our Team
Director & Maintenance
Kevin is the top and the bottom of the business chain, his main focus is ensuring everything works in the residences
Finance Manager
Lishka oversees the finances in the business and focuses on all the systems put in place so the business can operate smoothly.
Office Manager
Tando oversees all student relations including student accounts- she is considered the brains of operations in terms of placing students and dealing with issues that arise in the residences.
Assistant
Zolani is a great help to NextGen – he often assists NextGen with administration, especially during the peak time of business.
Inventory
Karina oversees all the inventory in the residences. She does exit inspections end of the year and entry inspections in preparation for the new year’s intake.
Security – Patrolman
Jackie work shifts and assist us in keeping the students and residences safe. He also ensure the rules of residences are followed at all times.
